Media used in Fine filter Mini pleat type is Glass fibre (borosilicate) with Hotmelt separators. Available in filtration Grades from M5 to F9 and ePM10, ePM2.5 and ePM1
Regarding Sealant-
Thixotropic Urethanes for Normal temperatureÂ
Regarding Gaskets-
This can be Foam, Neoprene
Food Grade gasket also available

Rec. Final Resistance 450 Pa Max as per standard / but we recommend whenever the pressure drop reaches double filters should be changed to save energy cost.Â

 NNot all Usha Filters products are washable, as due to washing filter media fibers get weak and damaged which may later effect filter poor performance.Please consult manufacturer for same.We provide detailed cleaning manual.
