Produced in Aluminum, electro galvanized, Stainless steel, plastic and ABS as per standard.
Regarding Filter Media-
Media used in HEPA mini pleat type is Glass fibre (borosilicate) with Hotmelt separators.Â
Available in filtration Grades from E10 TO E12 (EPA), Grades from H13 to H14 (HEPA).
Regarding Sealant-
Thixotropic Urethanes for Normal temperatureÂ
Food Grade Sealants also available
Regarding Gaskets-
Polyurethane, Neoprene, Poron & one-piece PU gasket.Â

Standard-
Rec. Final Resistance 750 Pa for Deep pleat HEPA and 500 Pa Max for Mini pleat HEPA as per standard / but we recommend whenever pressure drop reaches double filters should be changed to save energy cost.Â

 Not all Usha Filters products are washable, as due to washing filter media fibers get weak and damaged which may later effect filter poor performance. Please consult manufacturer for same. We provide detailed cleaning manual.
