HEPA Mini Pleat Gel Seal / Knife Edge Filter

Usha Filter HEPA gel seal filter is a type of high-efficiency air filter that incorporates a gel seal to provide an airtight and secure fit within the filter housing. The gel seal ensures that the filter forms a tight seal with the filter housing, preventing air bypass and maintaining the highest level of filtration efficiency.

The gel seal is a flexible and compressible material applied along the edges of the filter, allowing it to conform to the filter housing’s irregularities. This creates a perfect seal between the filter and the housing. The gel seal technology eliminates air leaks and ensures that all the air passing through the filter is effectively filtered, preventing contaminants from bypassing the filter.

Regarding Frame-

Produced in Aluminum extruded profile as per standard.

Regarding Filter Media-

Media used in HEPA mini pleat Gel seal / Knife edge type is Glass fiber (borosilicate) with Hotmelt separators. Available in filtration Grades from E10 TO E12 (EPA) and grades from H13 to H14 (HEPA).

Regarding Sealant-

Thixotropic Urethanes for Normal temperature

Food Grade Sealants also available

Regarding Gaskets-

This can be Gel which can be delivered in Silicon & Polyurethane.

Rec. Final Resistance 750 Pa for Deep pleat HEPA and 500 Pa Max for Mini pleat HEPA as per standard / but we recommend whenever pressure drop reaches double filters should be changed to save energy cost.
