Regarding Frame-
It was produced in Aluminum, electro-galvanized, Stainless steel, and MDF as per standard.
Regarding Filter Media-
Media used in HEPA filter Deep pleat type is Glass fibre (borosilicate) with aluminium foil separators. Available in filtration Grades from E10 TO E12 (EPA), Grades from H13 to H14 (HEPA) and Grade U15 to U16 (ULPA).
Regarding Sealant-
Thixotropic Urethanes for Normal temperature
Food Grade Sealants also available
Regarding Gaskets-
Neoprene, Poron & one-piece PU gasket.

Standard-
Rec. Final Resistance 750 Pa for Deep pleat HEPA and 500 Pa Max for Mini pleat HEPA as per standard / but we recommend whenever the pressure drop reaches double filters should be changed to save energy cost.
