Regarding Frame- Produced in Aluminum, electro galvanized, Stainless steel, plastic and ABS as per standard.
Regarding Filter Media-

Media used in HEPA mini pleat type is Glass fibre (borosilicate) with Hotmelt separators.
Available in filtration Grades from E10 TO E12 (EPA), Grades from H13 to H14 (HEPA).
Regarding Sealant- Thixotropic Urethanes for Normal temperature
Food Grade Sealants also available
Regarding Gaskets-

Polyurethane, Neoprene, Poron & one-piece PU gasket.

Rec. Final Resistance 750 Pa for Deep pleat HEPA and 500 Pa Max for Mini pleat HEPA as per standard / but we recommend whenever pressure drop reaches double filters should be changed to save energy cost.
