Media used in Fine filter Mini pleat type is Glass fibre (borosilicate) with Hotmelt separators. Available in filtration Grades from M5 to F9 and ePM10, ePM2.5 and ePM1
Regarding Sealant- Thixotropic Urethanes for Normal temperature
Regarding Gaskets-

This can be Foam, Neoprene
Food Grade gasket also available

Rec. Final Resistance 450 Pa Max as per standard / but we recommend whenever the pressure drop reaches double filters should be changed to save energy cost.
