Regarding Frame- Produced in Aluminum and Stainless steel as per standard.
Regarding Filter Media-

Media used in HEPA high temperature is High-temperature Grade Glass fiber (borosilicate) with Aluminium foil or PVC separator. Available in filtration Grades from E10 TO E12 (EPA) and grades from H13 to H14 (HEPA).
